9/15/09 DENVER – Western Tradition Partnership announced Tuesday it has launched a grassroots campaign in Colorado and New Mexico congressional districts to inform voters of the harm the proposed “Cap and Trade” bill in Congress (H.R. 2454) will have on jobs and the economy. The bill could come up for a Senate vote in the next few weeks.
